What CRM do you use?

One of my friends is using Buddy CRM in his business. He said that it works good. But his business is not much an established one

The choice of CRM depends on many factors, on the specifics of the business processes in your company, on the size of your company.
First of all you need to understand what exactly you need to control and from this start the choice of the CRM system.

I use Salesforce - Purely cos its easier for me to manage

 

Have you decided yet? If not, I'd suggest salesforce. Been using this CRM for years., so far so good.

 

Salesforce works the best for me. But I also liked Sugar and Zoho, it's just a matter of how easy I can manage it.

 

I like to use Forcegrowth. I found it most reliable as it's easy to use and offers many features.

 

I use HubSpot's sales CRM. It's free, highly customizable and at least as good as anything else I've tried (and I've tried a lot).
I know I'm in an extreme minority on this, but I absolutely despise Salesforce.

 

I have used both Salesforce and Zoho. Started using Zoho thinking that it will be easier to get started. But moving on to Salesforce implementation by Cymetrix later on, I realized we should have started with SF itself. Not exactly in terms of CRM capability, but the ability to extend it and integrate it with other components. I'm a Salesforce enthusiast now in a new role so I may sound more inclined towards it

 

We're using Hubspot - what I love about it is its integration with LinkedIn and chat

 

I was developed CiviCRM with drupal for one of our client,this is open source CRM , performing good and customized able.

HUBSPOT(Free,Easy Customization)

 

CRM is more than necessary custom Relationship management.. this not matter if you using this or that.. when you implement successfully the CRM will help you build your own marketing partnership database.
