    Get backlinks from other webhosts, domaining sites/forums, webhost-related blogs, etc.

    You can also buy well established expired domains that were webhost-related. Then you host them as part of your PBN. I highly recommend Easy Blog Networks for your PBN host, if you can get on it.

    This is probably one of the easiest niches to build backlinks for. I mean seriously, anybody involved in internet marketing needs or likely uses a web hosting company. Small business owners of all types may want to purchase a web hosting package. I mean, it's so easy. DP is a place for a backlink in your sig, good traffic from it too if you can provide value in your posts.

    There are hundreds of forums, blogs and general websites where you can get backlinks. I would laser focus on LinkedIn for a while and write content on there as well as your blog, become active in Groups. It will pay off.
