    It's not clear from your categories that most of them are just for Romanian real estate sites - and isn't Romania and the UK part of Europe anyway? (geographically, if not politically)

    Having run a real estate directory in the past I'd suggest that you've copied the template of most other directories and, like them, have the structure all wrong.

    you need to categorise by TYPE or by LOCATION, not by both.

    so, if I'm interested in Foreclosure I click on that and then select my area.
    or... I click on my are and then click on Foreclosure.

    The way you have it now, I'll go to Asia and then have them all clumped together?

    And there are no authority sites already in there, I'm not adding my site to something that looks destined to be an uncurated link farm.

    Be brave, rethink how you're structuring this. You'll reap rewards.

    And add a section for online real estate websites and forums please.
