    Can you please tell me what is the type of ad below (it is appearing at third part mobile apps) ? I want to create ad exactly like that with vertical video.

    Pretty sure that's a google ad, but the "i" logo on the bottom left will probably tell you for sure. I thought the google display network ad information icon was a triangle with an "i" in it.

    It is mobile app install type campaign (read it as "Universal App Campaign"). Typically website owners run this type of campaign to attract more targeted app installs and nature of such campaign is "Display". Let me know in case if you need more details on this.

    It is a display ad and you can do it through google adwords. Display ads are compatible for all the devices.
