Hi again DPers. We have another logo contest for your expertise, this one is a graphic element and text suitable for a company that manufactures, refurbishes and supplies cable reels to a range of industries.

This client is after a simple but stylish graphic element and text design to professionally brand their company with. From previous contests we know clever designs aand originality are always a client pleaser!

The business is called A u s t r a l i a n - R e e l - C o m p a n y (spaced to avoid search engines)

The business manufactures, refurbishes and supplies cable reels to industry.

IDEAS FROM CLIENT: "I have attached a image with some logo ideas, we are very open to suggestions though so don’t stress too much on these, the boss just wants a cable drum and red to be the main colour."



PREFERRED COLOURS: Red

FILE TYPE:
I'm after vectored design in either layered PSD, EPS or AI formats. I prefer layered PSD.
Your design must be vector to resize without loss of quality.
Client needs to use this design for signage, website, stationery, flyers etc. and business cards

RULES / VALID ENTRIES:
All entries must be your original design, Clipart or copyrighted images are not valid entries.
All entries must be submitted in this thread.
Once winner(s) are chosen and paid for designer(s) agree to assign all rights to the design to my client for their exclusive use. Entrants may use their own design for their own portfolio only.

TIME:
This contest will run for maximum 7 days closing 15th February at the latest. Contest may close before 15th February if the client chooses a suitable entry, so please submit your entry as soon as possible.

PRIZES:
We are offering 2 prizes for this contest, 1st prize of AUD$50 and 2nd prize of AUD$30 will be paid instant payment via Paypal.

FEEDBACK:
I present all entries to the client on Fridays and will provide their feedback here ASAP, usually by the following Monday at latest. I may comment on individual entries but I am not the one who decides the ultimate winner . However, as contest holder, I do decide the 2nd prize winner and I base my decision on the designer who has put in the most effort to the contest.

Please submit your entry soon. Every valid entry gets a like from me. If the client doesn't choose a winner after 14th February then the contest may be extended by 1 week. Only entrants who submitted a design in the first round will be eligible to continue.

@3SS - Your reel looks more like a cotton reel. Cable reels have much bigger sides. Thanks for entering and for kicking this contest off.
