    Why are you selling this site?
    I have just found out that me and my partner are having another baby, so really do not have time for a forum + more kids!

    How is it monetized?
    It currently has google adwords and bing ads running.

    Does this site come with any social media accounts?
    Twitter & YouTube (they are not really active, just use to share posts to help get traffic)

    Discord server with active gamers talking.

    How much time does this site take to run?
    1-2 Hours a day just posting new content to the resources for new members to come and download (registration required to download resources).

    What challenges are there with running this site?
    Not many.

    It has 4 current active Pro Members (£5.99/mo)

    It is all set up and running smoothly. It has just had its adsense verified, and after putting ads on the site approximately 30-40 hours ago its estimated revenue so far is this: http://prntscr.com/i6n9lg

    It has regular members that are active and posting, using the shoutbox and the discord server.

    Because the seller has scammed me and did not give me the xenforo license and also removed the files off the server. That is why i've said deal with caution because he has scammed me
