    This website made on average around $12 per month on 2017.

    Website General Info:
    - It has almost 200 unique posts written by me.
    - Unique Mobile Wordpress Theme.
    - The site is over 2 years old. It was released on 2015-07-15.
    - The last post was added on 2017-03-26.

    Earnings:
    - January - $16
    - February - $11
    - March - $18
    - April - $15
    - May - $13
    - June - $10
    - July - $12
    - August - $7
    - September - $4
    - October - $14
    - November - $10
    - December - $13

    Note: The earnings and traffic for 2016 are much better. Some months are of $20 or $30.

    Monetization:

    - Adsense.
    - CPA could be another option. I know Peerfly has some really great deals that can be used.

    Some of the pages are around keywords researched with Long Tail Pro. Other pages have topic chosen randomly with no keyword research made.

    This site can be turned into an authority website as it has a broad area around which content can be written. And with more content and some work promoting it, this website is a steal at this price.

    Like I`ve said, earnings and traffic for 2016 are much better. There wasn`t any content added since March 2017.

    I`ve added Adsense. Analytics doesn`t seem to work. I cannot added for some reason.

    Anyway, the site was used by my brother until recently, so it only has Analytics since October 2017 when I took the site back. I can added yr email to my Analytics account, if you still want to see stats.

    The traffic isn`t great this month, but I didn`t added any content for almost a year and some months are lower in traffic or earnings.
