    Google's use of the "Site didn't comply AdSense policies" is their polite way of telling you that your site sucks. It does.
    The content is poorly written. Nothing unique and compelling about it. It adds no value to the web.
    There is nothing you can do as your English language skills are not up to it.

    Study the adsense policy and see what your website lacks. @Agent000 has stated that your content is poorly written. This shouldn't be a big issue for you as there are services like Grammarly out there that can enhance the grammar and text. Also you should have the mindset that every time you write and read something, it's an opportunity for you to improve your language skills. Look at the professionals out there who has English as a second language. When they started they were in the same position as you. But with patience and hard work they succeeded.

    I think content is the main reason for rejecting. So, write a relevant contents. That is the solution. But you have to read carefully their policies.
