Google has over 200 ranking factors and signals. Therefore, any of these contribute to your site's rankings.

I would say that the most important aspects still are:

    1. High-quality and in-depth content
    2. High-quality backlinks
    3. A high CTR from the searches and a low bounce rate
    4. Everything else.

Quality content that can naturally secure quality links is the ultimate ranking factor. Of course there are other factors like bounce rate but if you have good content there's no need to worry about your bounce rate ;)

Do you mean that Google take cares about bounce rate? Its completely ridiculous.

    Google doesn't even know it.

No, I am saying that good (long) content will keep users on the page for a longer time, thus lowering your bounce rate.

They do if you're using Google Analytics. They may be able to see the outgoing traffic between one site to yours, then to another site. Who knows how they figure things out, really? It's wizardry I tell you, wizardry!!

Never did find anything useful for SEO aside from putting in all the Love and Effort you possibly can into your website. Your visitors will see how good your content is which will translate into better rankings and growing traffic.
Honestly, after so many years black hat SEO doesn't seem to work well in my opinion.

First of all Google can't see how much time a user is spending in your page.

And it doesn't matter what's your bounce rate is or your content length.

Coming to content length. If the article successfully fulfills its purpose about delivering information that it is needed to be delivered its okay (as long as its purpose is served). It won't matter whether its a 50 or 5000 as per word.

And those who think about bounce rate. Just take this example of a landing page they rank, bring traffic and most importantly most at the time they have 100% or more than 80% bounce rate. But that doesn't mean they don't work. They serves their individual purpose and that's it.

Well your post says Analytics needs atleast two clicks to determine. But it doesn't say that google has the data of your site.

A user may open you page in a tab of his /her browser and don't even look into it. It will shut down when he or her shuts down the tab or shut down the computer. So, you can't tell the number of minutes spend in a page is actually engagement.

And its completely ridiculous to say that if I am using Analytics then Google can predict or see my data.

While that is true it's still a useful indicator. Obviously, most people don't just leave the browser open while doing nothing and the rest can be discounted via statistics.
Google absolutely has info about your analytics. It's the same company after all. Whether they use it for something else aside from informing you, I don't know.

I monitor the traffic to multiple of my websites live. I have been doing it for months now. My experience is that people don't tend to stay on the website doing nothing. Some do, but the majority does not.

Well, Google does have your information. How can they not? How would they serve the information at https://analytics.google.com/analytics/web/ if their database did not contain it?

Many doesn't even use Google Analytics. And many sites just get their traffic from google and google only. So, it will make no sense to lookup to their Analytics reports as well.

The most important fact why will google need analytics data? They don't consider it as a ranking factor. Here check out this video of Matt Cutts

In 2019 voice search is going to be the hero of SEO. Page speed optimization and content marketing are also very important in the modern SEO landscape. Google 0 position results or featured snippets are going to be more competitive in coming days.

Google says they don't use Analytics for their algorithm
That said, I believe Google has an even better in-house software that can track bounce rate/"dwell time" and other UX statistics, comprehensive data collection is a huge aspect of what makes Google successful.
