I wouldn't use the trending hashtags with your own, unrelated to those hashtag tweets. It's been tested, Twitter can and will suspend your account if you keep doing that.

When you tweet something, use famous hash tags so that, it become keyword and if people searched that hash tag then they open our tweet and they like our tweet then they follow us

If youre going to use hashtags, its worth noting down your sector's primary keywords.. What you do see is people trying to jump on the bang wagon of trending hash tags.. this is soo counter productive, it a) cloggs up twitter with irrelevant posts and b) you arent likely to generate followers as the hash tag isnt usually relevant to your business...

 

First, gather knowledge about Hashtag. know how it works and finds out which tags are famous. Use this tag when you make a post. People when searching those hashtag keywords they find your post and maybe a chance to follow you.
