advertise.com scam me $500, How do I request a refund?

    First time use advertise.com, and minimum deposit 500usd, then i use my visa deposit 500usd.

    But after paid, my advertise still 0usd, after contact advertise, they said they have problems with the site system before, I can re-deposit. then never reply to me.

    What a joke, what a ridiculous reply.

    My credit card has been debited, I know I've been cheated. How do I request a refund? They use authorize.net payment processing service.

    i do not know how to contact authorize.net.

    Anyone help ?

    Raise a dispute with your credit card company.
    Seriously, this is no different to any other payment dispute you might make on a credit card purchase. You signed a terms and conditions statement with your bank when you got the card. Go back and read it.

    I would like to say that before getting any services form any one even from professionals or from any Company please check analyze research then get the services.

    Yes, contact bank already, but they said they could not dispute the payment, and I found that other banks can not too.

    advertise.com is not scam they are one of the oldest company on internet, we have done millions dollar worth of business with them, I am sure it could be your specific representative not taking responsibility, you should try to call them and I am sure they will resolve it for you.
