    I have emailed the support email but no luck. I have deposited $50 and the payment got suspended. I waited 3 days and did not get an answer from the support email. I opened a Paypal resolution to try to get in touch with you (I have tried even the provided phone, but it does not exist) but now my Popads account is banned (I guess it's an automated system). I hate opening Paypal complaints, but it was my last resort (I did not escalate it anyways. I already closed it after I found this thread). I am just looking to get my funds added to my account. Thank you

    The problem is that you registered from US and deposited from Brazil. Not only country mismatch is the problem, but we STRICTLY do not allow any deposits from Brazilian IP addresses or Brazilian PayPal addresses due to ridiculus rate of chargeback.
    I will take decision and reply to your PM.

    Also, a public information: In last 2 days our ticketing system was kind of DDOSed with thousands of spam emails, which has interrupted support services. We have solved it already so things should be slowly getting back to normal.

    I didint receive money for september, automatic withdraw didnt work! I also cannot make a payment manually - it shows message "You are not allowed to make withdrawals. Please contact support."
    Always withdraws are sendingn automatically on 1st day of each month, but not this time. What is going on? You guys have the same problem?

    We are waiting since one week to get a wire profile approved, nothing happens 3 Mails no feedback.
    However the paypal payout works maybee they change their wire bank.

    @The Beaver: remember they had problem last week i think or last month regarding Ticket/Message DDOS attack, i remember last week i receive email regarding answer/close a TICKET or something like that even if i didint send any ticket lol, so u have just to wait until @tomksoft answer you. good luck
