Buying Need someone to work on a wordpress plugin

    I have a wordpress plugin that I hired someone to develop for me that I need some bugs worked out on it and some changes made.

    The plugin takes a csv files that is provided to us from a large insurance company that sells damaged cars. The plugin imports the info into another wordpress plugin and then goes to their site and gets the pictures and imports them into the database.

    The original developer had it set up where it would run a crons job but I really need to figure out how I can fix it where it is easy to install the plugin on other wordpess sites for users who do not have the technical ability to set up crons jobs.
