You can check it out at Google maps, many companies have an office there unrelated to each other. It is run by a financial company.

Yes the three networks are totally scam and fortunately they rapidly disappeared and weren't popular enough to scam many publishers.

no doubt for popads, they are the best actually for popup and popunder

 

want-ads.com is the best in my opinion. They pay really fast and the CPM is the highest I got so far for banner ads.

 

The answer is known for all I think. Adsense is the best ever for banners. but if Adsense didn't approve your site and as I read in another thread here you suffer from the low earning in many banner networks you tried and I think you already losing these days, then why don't you give this network ( want-ads.com ) a try since they claim their cpm rate is that high and they pay within 7 days after request and for minimum balance 20$. then update us about your experience with them.

By the way I didn't judge this network is scam and no one can judge without a real evidences, I just said it reminds me of 'cmply' because the high rates they claim and the physical address issues, and everyone know that cpmly was a scam network.

 

Anyone else getting popups/redirects after adding their banners? Every time I add their ad code to my sites, popups/redirects eventually occur. I did a trace on one of my pages and the page below redirects to a random ad.
