    Intel 2x Xeon E5-2650v3 - 20c/40t - 2,3 GHz/3,0 GHz

but what you want its depend on your site traffic and load.

More RAM is good over More cores if your site is does not require computing.
You can have more cache with additional RAM and that can make your site load faster.

Unless you're running hyper-threading or have a site with a lot of different computation-heavy requirements, always go with more RAM and faster drives (SSD) - cores are... also useful, but normally you don't need more than 4/8 cores for a simple webserver (you don't NEED more than one, but more is usually always better). So my suggestion would be to go for the one with more RAM, as long as most of the other criteria are the same.

I'm not a big fan of the Intel Xeon "D" series, they're slower than the E3v6 series. And the E3's can support up to 64GB ram now which is great.

Hello sandex8 - why didn't you write your website URL?
As I can see, the best server for one website is not something that you measure by number of processors or cores or GB in RAM. Of course that is important, but the best will be that you start with something and then you measure what is going on.
Now, everything depends on what kind of website do you have, and what is your business. But if you are a serious player, then you will need to track your services and application with a services like New Relic, Google Analytics, and others to see what will be the best way to optimize your website. On those conclusions you need to build the best server structure.
Wish you all the best in your work!
