    I'm currently running my Youtube channel, and I've been doing SEO for a while. Is there any forum or social medias other than Google plus for me to post the links to my Youtube videos?

    Every website can be an opportunity to post your links. What is the your Youtube channel all about? Once you can determine the niche of your website, you can start from looking possible social channel to join. Suggest you youtube channel whenever you can find an opportunity.

    Depending on your niche you can turn your videos into gifs and post on 9gag. With clever and subtle branding you can still self promote without being kicked off for spamming.

    Yes, you can share your youtube video's link with your friends on Facebook, Twitter, Tumbler and Google Plus and you have accounts on Flicker or other social channels so you can share your link there.

    I would search for Facebook groups that are in your niche. Help the members of the group by engaging and solving their problems. Then you can show them your YouTube channel.
    You can do the same with Forums.
    Most important part: Don't be spammy. That doesn't get you anywhere. If you instead provide value people are much more willing to click on your link

    Make an acount on Quora specific to your niche make sure to put a photo with you write a nice description and start answering threads .There you can post many threads but dont be to spammy ,and put your video links where it relevant of channel link .Quora its a qq site like yahoo answers but more better in terms of traffic

    Keep sharing your links with your family and friends on all kinds of social networking platforms like Reddit, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc. Make sure your content is engaging enough to make them want more of your videos.
    You may also ask your friends and family to share it on behalf of you and thank them for doing so.

    Make a strategy to understand how things go viral...use fb/twitter and submit it to social news sites like reddit and many more. Use email, involve other bloggers, trying to get more comment, write a viral title and many more you can do to increase more traffic.....

    Your best best is to use mostly social media. Depending on your actual content, your medium is best suited to social media. If you are providing answers to something, maybe it is worth setting up a website - this can then be used much more diversely for gaining traffic.
