This contest has been reposted as logo only, was originally posted as part of a larger 'package' contest but closed due to lack of interest.

Requirement:
- Logo (+ Vector)

Specification:
Website: http://www.hiredlocally.co.uk/
Title: Hired Locally
Slogan: Helping Firms Hire Qualified Local Applicants
Sub Slogan: Targeted. Cost Effective. Timely.

The logo should match the website theme. You are welcome to use elements of the existing logo if you wish. The business is a home care recruitment firm which focuses on generating candidates exclusively for the home care sector, try and incorporate the niche into your design. Vector required.

You should also keep in mind that this logo will be used on advertising materials, but also user on company letterheads, office materials, etc.

Ideally, we are looking for you to include the 'home care' industry in your design as this is the type of recruitment the business focuses on.
Also, if you take a look at the website, you will notice the colour scheme mainly consists of blues & whites. Can you possibly swap the red out?

We like the fact you have incorporated a house icon into your design. If you take a look at the website, you will notice the colour scheme mainly consists of blues & whites. Can you possibly swap the red out?


The above feedback is also worth noting to further entrants. Whilst the previous clients logo contained red, you will notice the new website does not feature red so while you can use this, it should probably not be the main colour.

Instead of showing the logo on a business card- would you be able to show it demonstrated on the website - http://www.hiredlocally.co.uk/ ?

I feel the client will be able to objectify it and give feedback a little easier.

Some excellent entries here! Meeting the client shortly with individual feedback to follow.
Some broad feedback though- as the logo will be used on company letterheads etc, we are not convinced how yellow will perform on white paper. As a result, we may be leaning more towards the blue/white/black colour combos. We feel these will perform better on letterheads etc. If designers wish to submit revisions based on this, they are welcome too.

We look forward to seeing more. Immediate further work will be available for the winner to design business card, A5 leaflet, social media banners, and more for the company should the designer be capable of completing this work.
