Google analytics vs facebook page view

    Hello,
    Few days ago I bought a service from a site similar to fiverr to bring real visitors to my facebook page from a certain demographic. The service seller gave me a link to google analytics to watch the number of visitors he is going to bring.
    Sure enough over the last two days the number of visitors has grown steadily (according to google) and now it shows 2000+ visitors. My facebook page view on the other hand shows 0.
    My facebook page advertises my free app on google play and Apple itunes, but the number of downloads hasn't increased at all.
    Is it possible that the guy who sold me the service is providing fake traffic? Even if it was a fake traffic, shouldn't that show on my facebook page views?
