To be honest, this is the last thing I'll ever visit.

First, I tried to register. Fine, first try - username taken. Np. Second, third, .. tenth - invalid captcha though the robot check says it is valid. Fine. Spent like 10-20 minutes trying to register. Done! Tried adding a site and it kept loading for like forever. Three times in a row.



Srsly, change the host or fix your website before offering any serious business.

 

Malware ads issue wasn't solved yet. please take it seriously because it can completely destroy the reputation of your network.

 

And im looking for other ad network who can pay like popads, anyone knows?
Because we have much returning users, that popads wouldn't count, they count our vistors only as unique.

I stopped using the Anti Adblock Code, because our Adblock rate is 7% and its getting on my nerves a bit, that popads now always problem with that.

 

I do not think we have much malware, it is fairly efficiently detected and got rid of. I know annoying ads is a problems especially chrome extension forcing which we are actively fighting against.

Yes, we are trying some things to slow down the rate at which our domains are blocked. Some guy is scraping them automatically and we are fighting against it.

I am really sorry for that. Nobody has reported issues with captcha before. Regarding adding website , I haven't heard about it for many months. Did you have adblock enabled when using our site?

Also it is not like we have a host. Right now we are running on about 50 servers and we will soon migrate to geodistributed cluster of 150 servers.

Malware ads issue will never be solved, at any network. Bad ads will always be active for a moment before we detect then.
If you could provide any details of an incident instead of just complaining and stating obvious facts, it would be amazing.

We count raw popups/popunders, not unique.
What current issues with anti adblock are you referring to?

 

Yesterday, there was several 0:30-1h outages on anti adblock codes, because the impressions count froze there... i switched it back to non-antiadblock views and it worked again.

Interesting, raw popups? how so, last week, i had 145k pops per hour 1-2 weeks ago and now atm 80k pops per hour, while the traffic is the same. Did you changed on your end something?

 

@Tom it is still not fixed there are huge drops in pops being served

 

We did some tests today nothing gets count or they run just 15 percent fill rates
on dach traffic.

 

I think there is a problem generating the anti-adblock code. Maybe specific to the API. Sometimes the code generated is correct and other times it has errors. Example:

Use standard Java Script code.

 

Standard Java counts also nothing.

 

We did not change anything. Also, last week for few hours we had a worldwide campaign with raw frequency cap, literally buying all unsold traffic. I guess that might have affected your judgment.

Indeed, sorry for that, there is a bug in AntiAdblock code obfuscation. We have disabled it for API already and in the panel it will be reverted soon too. I am sorry for the trouble.

Use the Troubleshooter tool. If it says that all is OK then it might be something wrong with your traffic(any sort of paid/bought traffic, 0iframe traffic, resold traffic frm other networks etc. will not work). If that's not the case, PM me with your username and website URL.

 

cpm drop too much what is going wrong can you explain my impression is same but cpm drop day by day

 

Troubleshooter tool shows:
"We could not find PopAds code on your website. Make sure it is properly installed"
across all sites.

The Problem is that we are missing just half of the pops?

Yes, same story as always. This is just whole pop market like this now - rates are dropping and dropping.

Yes, you sent an email and then 1h later you sent a followup saying that you removed the adcode and to close the ticket.
Without the adcode on the website we cannot test anything.

Script (anti ad block) applied, earnings count very well but Troubleshooter detect code not applied / not found.
