No payment and no any reply from owner. Just sad.

It seems they are facing some payment flood request and they are taking so long than before to validate payments, before it was in 24 hours and now it's from 15 days to 30 days ... they have to decide and give us an exact delay of payment if it's net 15 or 30 or never.

 

It was true until the end of last year then you started to delay the payouts. my latest payout is pending since 24-05 so it's already 15 days now and no payment yet!

Usually when the ad network start to delay payments for very long time and without any clarifications for its publishers, it indicates that network plan to close soon after milking the traffic of its publishers to the last possible impression, and mostly it will disappear without clearing all pending payments. that's in general and I hope poptm is an exception although I don't feel so.

 

i think its time to move on. poptm is over. end of story

 

People still using poptm? Been moved on from these guys when they started taking 2-3 days to pay. It used to take 24 hours then they got lazy. Was a good network but RIP

 

Good networks use 1-5 days to settle the payments.This site getting 10to 30 days for settle payment to their valid publishers.

 

Don't believe anything like that, no longer paying, payment pending since May 4. No response to support.

Remove this network from your site immediately if you are still using it, you has been warned.

 

Better to remove poptm code and don't waste more traffic with them. no paying, no support, no clarifications and nothing at all, except more milking for your traffic.

Hi can you reveal the amount of traffic that you have from let`s say Germany ? question being , is there a point using your pop-unders for targeted countries except USA ?

 

Finally they have paid me but I am not satisfy of this service.

 

do not use this host, this host scam or just try so hard to keep your money as long as they can. my payment was on hold. i tried on my small traffic site to test this network. it is my first time payment request. 12 USD only. after i request they marked my payment on hold and e-mailed me to contact chat support. which i tried but they never reply or may be just busy. anyway then i asked on support ticket if they are going to send me money or not. then ask me to come chat support again and this time they were available.

then they asking me from where i get traffic. why my traffic up and down so much (it was like 200~600 traffic/day) i said it's all from direct traffic. then asked me to provide google analytics access. it was like almost 2hour to verify my traffic if it's real or not. and frequently asking question about traffic. at the end verified the traffic and said my payment will be send in 2~3days. it's now almost 3 week still they did not send the money. i submit another support ticket still no answer from them. there is the screenshot:

They approved my site few days ago in 24 hours max, and they delay payments and support feed back for weeks... very strange !
I will remove their codes because of the latest posts here! Poptm, if you want to work with serious partners, provide support hourly, pay as you obligated to in your terms, or change them. Until then good bye from me!

 

I requested 550$ payment 2 months ago, and still haven't received. No contact since 2 weeks. Anyone knows what is their office address?

 

Very disappointed from Poptm they was good paying in max 48h unfortunately everything changed they don't answer they don't support and no payment for months

 

Me too removed poptm codes from my sites.
