Buying Qualified HTML / CSS coder needed

Looking for someone to take an existing html page that is live on the web and generate a folder with all necessary images, js, css, and html. Basically a copy but modified to be local. Not just File->save as.

Can pay immediately via paypal and work is available now.

 

If you own the site, just FTP in and copy the website-folder. If you DON'T own the site, stop asking for illegal copying of content. Also, unless the page is very basic, you will not be able to "copy" the server-side code - that is basically not possible, hence what you will have is a somewhat working HTML-page, with perhaps some javascript attached, which may or may not do most of what you want, but no server-side processing to go with said HTML / Javascript code, which means nothing will be saved, updated or otherwise kept between sessions.
