Getting Abnormal Traffic to my server [

I have video website

last 2day i m getting abnormal traffic
i have a statcounter and google analytic on my page
but i cant see any abnormal traffic there
i have a popads and other ad network on my web page
there is no abnormal activity

here is the problem
when i check the access log in server yesterday i see 89.000 uniqe visitors
i m monitoring the access on server yes there is to many people [ its not fake or bot] they are seraching on my website and watching videos
but there is no referer there

i tought some 1 make mirror website of mine
i add header location code : doesnt help
i removed all website file and i just add index.php and 404.php[redirect to index.php]
there is no traffic on index.php
how i can block the traffic or how can i catch the mirror website

 

Sounds like the most efficient way to find out where these hits are coming from would be to use the IP addresses in your logs, however this does sound to me like the behavior of a monitoring service, had you perhaps set up monitoring in the past - monitoring nodes could still be hitting your site and contributing to this - and a common characteristic of these sorts of checks is that they won't load analytics code - and hence won't appear in your logs there! Worth a check.

 

i already check the log there is 250.000 different ip adress

they are like a normal visitors watching videos searching content ..
i see just one thing is different on log
my visitors showing http
this visitors showing GET on logs


i try to disable wget users with htacess it doesnt work also

 

Could it be that some bots started uncontrollably accessing your site? What does it say next to the line "Unknown robot (identified by 'bot' followed by a space or one of the following characters _+:,.;/\-)" in your awstats? If your site has been growing you will have all sorts of bots trying to access it consuming your RAM, increasing your CPU usage, etc.

but there 200-250k different ip adress
but they do not accept cookies and js .. in awstats they are also real visitors searching and watching i also check duration of visitors they are not bot

If these aren't loading the JS is the video really being played?

 

no i did not
i m using google drive for hosting videos
when i check the video stats in my script views is going up
when i put openload videos openload doesnt count any views
i add header location code nothing happen cant see any visitors on my home page
