50.20 is more than the minimum of 50 isn't it? I don't use your platform, but status "waiting" suggests that his 50.20 hasn't been paid even though the minimum is 50.

I have just taken their ads off my site. Looked for a postal address and then noticed the terms of service, copy and pasted, still has the [INSERT EMAIL ADDRESS HERE] tag in it. As they say, if it looks too good to be true, it probably is!

My first post here and actually the person behind this latest scam attempt got me to register and post this to warn those who might even consider going for this. There was another similar attempt not long ago, can't remember that site's name but it was more than likely the same person who was behind that one as well.

I've been running adult sites more or less 10 years now. Some of them are quite big, others not that big but point is I have plenty of them. Past 2 weeks or so I have been getting constant spam from this network via domain's privacy guard (they redirect every e-mail sent to me). Mails are claiming my sites have been handpicked, offering impossible cpm's for adult traffic etc and these all are sent at the same time. More than likely just a bot at work going through domain lists.

Now for starers, banner prices for adult traffic CPM are 0.0*, you do not get higher than that especially if you have traffic from multiple (or epecially from 3rd tier) countries. If it sounds too good to be true, it most likely isn't and this definitely isn't.

Secondly, there's just simply said no respectable company in the biz which would hide their address and company information. There's even typos and unfilled fields in their TOS. their TOS is talking about the Company but they're not mentioning what their company is. There's tens and tens of things which should get your alarm bells ringing, loudly.

If you have registered with this site, I'd highly suggest you to also change your passwords for the emails you have been giving them. You can't trust to anything with the sites such as this one, this is in case if you were using the same password to this site what you use somewhere else (many do so).

And after this one disappears which won't be long, there's going to be new similar one which offers pretty much the same unbelievably good CPM prices and tries to lure you doing the same trick. When that happens, DO NOT go for it anymore. Even if you just try it out, you're doing exactly what they want you to do and that is ..to give them free traffic which makes money for them. One way to track this could be to follow where they actually sell their traffic to and contact them about it. Many respectable networks would surely react and stop doing business with the one / ones behind this.

TLDR; Think twice, investigate and make up your own conclusions before being tempted to give a try for scams such as this one.

    Hi,
I am not sure what you imply here, CPM rates of $0.20+ like we advertise are usual for the adult industry, in fact networks like exoclick.com pay about $1.20 CPM for adult banner ads. If there is a problem with your account drop me a message here or contact our support. It is hard for me to find any real point in your post to answer.

0.20+ IS NOT average for adult industry banner traffic. You got it 10x times over there buddy.
There's tons of points in my message, but since you're a liar and a scammer, naturally you cannot answer to any points I was making.

First of all, you clearly didn't read the message I wrote. I'm not going for scam sites such as yours, I was just warning others not to go for it neither.

Secondly, bad attempt at lying. Adult industry is exactly what I was talking about in the first place. Exoclick does NOT pay 1.20 CPM from banner ads, exoclick pays around 0.020 - 0.040 CPM from banner ads if you really got the volume. I've been with exo pretty much since they started, so I'm sorry buddy but your BS is not going to work here.

Third, since you answered. Answer to this as well: Share your company info, address and register number as any legitimate business does. I know you won't though, so that alone here is a clear message anyone should stay far away from your scams.

We bit bigger boys in adult industry are "dirty" ourselves as well and we know the tricks but we do not go and scam people. So as they say, don't sh*t the shitt*r.

    Hi,
let me take a guess, you aren't a user of our site and just some random dude complaining about.. what exactly?
If you only get paid $0.02 - $0.04 CPM your traffic will be from India or Nigeria and not converting at all which proofs only that your traffic is bad.
Please stop to reply here if you don't have any specific problems with your account at cpmly.com.

We both know you're wrong, that CPM is industry wide for banner traffic on adult traffic. all I want is to scammers to disappear from the business. Now, how about that company info like I requested so everyone can see you're legit then if you claim to be so? Share your company info, address and register number as any legitimate business does. Show it, and I promise to apologize and shut up after I have checked it's legit.

There is no company info on your website. Zip, zero, nada, nothing. You have not even bothered to fill up that default TOS what comes with the script you're using on your website. That's the point here.

And you're the one advertising your service here, not me. So you can be 110% sure I'm not going to give a shady scammer such as yourself my sites to DDOS and attack. So in other words, you have no base here to demand anything from me, but as a publisher who you're trying to scam, I do. I am simply asking you to prove you're a legit business, which you so far, haven't done.

So one more time. That company info I was asking for, share it please.

Have you actually looked at your own TOS page?, it's a standard copy paste off the internet and you've forgotten to fill out your website details:

Actually the real problem is not from cmply or any other scammer because anyways they used to make a living by scamming people. the real problem is from sites/forums that facilitate the scam process ( mostly unintentionally ) by allowing to anyone to promote his ad network without requiring any business plan that suppose to contain an information about the name, ID, the physical address and evidence about the financial resources.

If such business plan is important in general for any new network to make sure it's real, it's more important in case the ad network claims that it offers a very high rates.

You keep moving Expected Payment date on your site. And my BTC wallet is still empty. I doubt that you will pay.

Stay away from this network please.

    Here's my situation with cpmly

Before i started with them i contacted the admin and asked him if he's serious and if he's gonna pay ? because i saw that many people have not been paid after reaching 50$ and most of them say that it is a scam.
I showed him my websites and he saw by himself the quality of my traffic
    he answered back with:

Ok looks great, the posts you mentioned are from fraudsters who send us fake traffic and get banned by our fraud detection system.

Let me know once you have implemented our ads again and I will send your payment once you reach $50.

    Best regards,

    Sam
    Account Manager

I started with him and i have been so patient with the bad quality of the their ads and many redirection and popups i reached 50$ and i asked for payment at the beginning it was pending for one week then i checked for a whole Month, now it's supposed to be paid in 30/05/2017 and still no payment even if he said he will pay once i reach 50$

My review is stay away from cpmly because its a scam and more than that their ads aren't controlled and you will lose your visitors for no payment.

    Hello,
I can only reply based on the websites in your signature which look like they would only have junk traffic/bot traffic. The ad revenue you see in your account is only pending approval. If we find your traffic to be fake or low quality we can reject your payment request and adjust the ad revenue. You are not entitled to this payment request. So it is clearly not a 'scam'.
    Best,
    Sam
