Contest Banner Design - Real Estate - $60

I am actually looking for a long term designer for various projects, but am having trouble finding someone. This is an example of the projects I do.

Banner Design

I need to create a banner/contact form to capture leads for my real estate website. Here are the details:

Orientation: Landscape

Their are 3 sections to the banner:

1. Headline to catch attention:

Awesome work guys - I think it definitely needs an image to add the colour.

Hello. This is my first concept for the banner, tried with 2 different backgrounds. The icons I used are custom made for this project.
