    I can't see why you need an indiegogo campaign for it.
    Get the idea
    Negotiate with suppliers
    Do it

    I'm assuming that your suppliers are offering you deals based on volume and the way to ensure volume is to presell thus the indiegogo. Without doing the market research I'd assume you'd have two types of customer
    1. Owner operated, once they make a decision they go for it and they're not prepared to wait
    2. Web Development companies and they'll just do it themselves anyway
