    Why are you selling this site?
    Selling this site because we decided to move onto other projects. Site comes with all current content which is completely unique. New site, trending topic.
    Willing to Neg. Price if you're serious.
    How is it monetized?
    Currently can be monetized through ads.

    Does this site come with any social media accounts?
    No.

    How much time does this site take to run?
    Depends, easy to outsource article writing, but needs articles written and a bit of TLC.

    What challenges are there with running this site?
    Advertising, though some people are great with that I am not as good at advertising.

    Interesting, as far as I was understanding "trump" itself is not trademarked except with his logo, as 'trump' is actually a word, but this does point to a site that obviously focuses on him.

    Though, technically, Trademark law generally is intended to protect the holder of a mark from consumers being confused as to whether the mark owner has produced or endorsed the product. The answer to any trademark question will turn on specific precedents of the sort of use, but that concept should serve as a first principle for guessing the likely answer. This is not implicating his brand. However, that doesn't stop anyone from being upset. Technically is it within the law? Yes. But you're also asking a rational question about an irrattional man. It's a 50/50.

    This site could make a decent revenue with a bit of TLC, as you say.

    Does it currently get any traffic at all?

    Did you build this site with the intention of selling it? I don't mind if you did and it looks that way so please answer honestly

    I actually made it for my husband, but he ended up not having time so then I spruced it up to sell it. :) It gets a few hits, but nothing worth mentioning honestly.

    Ok cool, I am imterested, not too keen on the domain name so going to see what else I can come up with. If i find one I like I will PM you an offer!

    Saves me building the site myself even if I do move it to another domain.
