Need Help My Website Ranking Dropped do I hit be Penalty?

All of our rankings dropped but there is no manual penalty on google webmastertools just ranking dropped. So anything you can help guys if we are hit by penalty either penguin or panda because we cannot trace what happen and why..

Pretty damn hard to help anyone that gives us no information to work with.

 

Since you didn't shared your site. I can only say some general statements.
1. Check your website in Google with raw URL - to know whether the website is completely penalized. Last penguin update says that Google will penalize the page alone for bad links. The algo says that,

Penguin is now more granular. Penguin now devalues spam by adjusting ranking based on spam signals, rather than affecting ranking of the whole site​

2. Also check the last Google cache that your website is stored properly
3. Check with backlinks analyzer like Ahrefs to know that any backlinks has lost recently. This action can result, if someone do negative backlinks against your website
4. Does any did any injections or hacking kind of thing recently?

Sudden drop in traffic and ranking is majorly sign of Google algorithm effect.

 

Gary Illyes indicated on his Twitter account that on average they have 3 algo updates in a day. So what hit your site - nobody knows. Doing all the right things in the book will not get your site out of their sandbox anytime soon (still worth trying, though). I know I sound hopeless, because I think it is hopeless.
