    Hi coinsbay,

while we don't offer that exact option at Payza, there are safety nets in place for credit card payments. Chargebacks are against our User Agreement and we have fraud prevention measures put in place to protect all members, including businesses. If you're looking to receive or send credit card payments, Payza might be for you! https://www.payza.com/

If you have further questions, feel free to ask!

You have a chargeback term in your user agreement, that it is not allowed to make a chargeback for a credit card transaction?

The very first step of accepting Card payment on your website is to have a SSL installed on your site and your website must be PCI complaint. There are payment processors site like 2checkout PayPal payments pro, Authorize.net etc accept credit card payments online.

    fionix,

We do have a term in our User Agreement stating that chargebacks are not allowed for a credit card transaction and initiating one anyways will incur fees of $25, in addition to potentially locking the account (in case of negative balance). If a refund needs to be obtained, we encourage members to contact the business they've bought from and reach an agreement. If that's impossible, then we offer the services of our Resolution Center which mediates official disputes that can be filed within your account.

One2Pay© is a revolutionary new platform that simplifies and provides more security to both its Customers and Participating Merchants, in the process of exchange of means of payment for goods and services. One2Pay© enables assistance in online payments without the need for accounts for credit or debit accounts, by issuance of a particular software voucher code for identification of a link between the Merchant and the Customer, to verify the online vouchers issued by companies contracted as business partners of One2Pay (Participating Merchants) The One2Pay © platform's advantage over the current similar platforms is that it provides additional layer of security in the form of a software authentication code, facilitating, and also providing more security to the transactions between the Merchants and Customers. One of the hallmarks of the platform is that the records of transactions shall appear securely to the Customers bank statements, should they choose to utilize that option.

Most of the payment gateway allowing you to authorize an amount, and capture later, such as Stripe, Braintree and so on. However, please take note that the timeframe between the authorize and capture vary among gateways, before the order get automatically void.

What you're referring to is 3-D Secure. It's the only solution that shifts friendly fraud liability (it wasn't me) to the issuer. What type of cardholder authentication is required is dependent on the issuer based on its algorithm for the transaction.
    To implement:
    • Select a payment gateway that supports for your payment method needs (e-invoice, shopping cart, text etc)
    • Contact acquirer to register for 3-D Secure.
    • Acquirer will respond with key for the gateway
Which acquirers support? All the big ones for sure: First Data, Chase Paymentech. Really most are moving to support that due to Visa Stored Credential mandate.
Which payment gateways support it? This really varies by implementation. For example, authorize.net does support it, but it depends on the integration. CenPOS (me) supports integrated and non-integrated for any acquirer.
