    I'm new to this ... selling backlinks. Help me understand what this means. You're selling spots on your websites that will link back to other people's websites? Like ad space?

    There are different types of backlinks first of all. Years ago I use to offer backlinks from YouTube videos. After being paid by the customer, I created a video and put their website link in the description box.

    If you have let says 10 websites or blogs in the same niche you can offer contextual backlinks in the posts. The client will let you know what keyword they are targeting in the niche and you write an article surrounding the keyword or they might give you a per-written article. You simply post it to your website or blog.
