I know there's a limit on how many groups you can join per day because I just got suspended for 2 weeks. But is there a daily or weekly limit on group postings?

Limits on posting are not a simple number, and they are not done on a daily basis. The system is automated and looks at several factors such as time taken, type of posts, number of posts, identical posting, any external links, whether posts are reported, copying/pasting, etc.

The most important part here is to make sure that you are posting content that is relevant to the people in the group. For instance, you don't want to post about games on a group that only has to do with health you will get people reporting your post as spam, but if you dedicate yourself to finding the appropriate groups, then you shouldn't have too much trouble.

I agree with the above three answers. There is no point in just posting too many posts. Its very important to plan your postings as per the timing when majority of the users are active on facebook it is then when your post will receive max reach. Also yes post content must be well designed and written so that it will attract audience & get them engaged in it.

What Facebook really frowns upon is what I'd like to call "rapid fire" posting. In other words, posting to a large number of sites in Facebook in a very short period of time. An example would be perhaps, posting to 50 Fan pages within 20 minutes, and doing this every day. Something else that Facebook seems to frown upon is posting the exact same content over and over again in a cut and paste fashion. Facebook likes fresh content that isn't just sales or "buy-my-stuff" posts. But if you post to a lot of FB pages, if you do it over a longer period of time, you should be okay with Facebook.

If you are not just spamming the group with links and you are posting good content and participating in discussions, you will be fine.

Posting restrictions do not have a straightforward numerical value, nor are they applied every day. The automated system examines a number of variables, including the amount of time spent posting etc.

It totally depends on you. If you are not posting URLs/Links in Groups. Then you don't have to worry. Facebook will never Ban You. If you are publishing spammy content very fastly then most probably you will be blocked from Facebook. Keep publishing Quality and attractive content.
