    A few quick points
    • Times Roman just doesn't work online
    • Get your capitalisation right, "Student visa" should be "Student Visa". You have some right and others not. Decide what your "standard" is and apply it to all the labels IMG_0839.JPG
    • Consider having fewer subforums until you build up your traffic.

You should as it's really not easy to concentrate on or read those fonts. You should use font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; instead.

Also, out of all the possible colors, why did you choose turquoise for the icons in the menu? They are barely visible and do not match the rest of the forum.

Hi, sorry for my carelessness! I used century gothic font, but now i see that it's not installed by default on all platforms, now i have added Arial as a fallback option.

Add arial, sure, but look up how to use non-standard fonts on your site. You'll find you can have anything you like.

Then how come you didn't realise that the font wouldn't be available for all?
And aren't developers always a bit OCD about capitalisation?

I think designers care more about the look n feel (capitalization) while developers more focused in technical side :)

I think your best bet would be to provide the first users with some sort of incentive (probably money), and then try to grow it from there.

Bingo! You encounter the egg & chicken problem. I posted here to follow up your forum. I am currently working on something trying to address that problem with new forums. When completed, I will try to get in touch with you.

You need to give some kind of insensitive to your target audience. But even more incentives to your first users to start the engine on. (maybe paid to post is the most straight forward option)

I once was in a new forum and they made a contest to to see who appears in the top 3 position in google for a given keyword (keyword related to their forum) and the first place won $1000, second $500, and third $250. The contest ran for 3 months. Everybody was like crazy writing about that forum trying to win.
That was a cool technique that i liked.

Looks pretty good to me. The font seems to be already fixed.
