Best Domain Name Registrar ?

Which one is best in your opinion ?
I am using NameCheap for my 30 Domains but i need your opinion which one is best and why?

• Godaddy
• NameCheap
• NameSilo
• Name.com
• or any Other ?

 

I think there's many more registrars that could be added to that list but my favorite registrars at the moment is Name.com, Uniregistry.com and Godaddy.com I have never had any problems with them at all.

 

No bias here (lol), but I would like to also submit Dynadot.

However I would always strongly suggest to do a little research on the company before. Check out their website, user panel, their support, prices, etc. All of these things should be considered when making your decision.

 

Most of my domains are registered with Name.com because I find their panel easy to use. Next is Uniregistry and WhoIs because of the price. I also have some domains in GoDaddy and Namecheap.

 

Mostly I use Namecheap myself. I've never had any problems with support response. I did read that it isn't wise to register all of your domains with one service, but that was some years ago, and I don't know that it still holds true.

 

Namecheap, I like their free whois protection, combined with bitcoin payments and you get pretty much a good private registration with the support and options of a top level Register.
I'd also mention UniRegistry their new user interface and batch register,edit options are really slick and fast. They've implemented a TopCoin program in which the more you spend the more ecurrency you get to buy other egoods at discounted rates.
Give them a look, they have really good prices and had some wicked discounts on new TLDs.

 

I bounce around a lot to take advantage of all their deals. Rebel is offering .com's at $1.50 a piece with a maximum of 3 domains at that price per account. I hope this helps you. I know 1&1 also offers the first domain for $.99.

 

I am really like the Godaddy because Easy to use.

 

Tell me more about Namecheap's free whois protection. In my experience that is only for the first year of a newly registered domain. If I missed something there I'd appreciation some enlightenment.

 

I've used a few and find Namecheap to be the best so far.

Their prices are reasonable, come with whois protection for the first year and has very fast support with their live chat.

 

I thinks godaddy and bigrock is best sites for domain purchase.

 

I prefer GoDaddy. I buy and sell a lot of domains. Most people / companies have a GoDaddy account, so it's easy to push the domain to a different account after a sale.

You can call and talk to a person. Most of the time, they answer your call in a very short period of time.

Enable 2 factor authentication for added security. If someone gets your password, they still can't get into your account. I don't think even their employees can access your account without the code sent to your cell phone. (I recently found out another large registrar lets their employees and other partner companies remove domains from people's account without their permission or notification. So a dishonest employee or an account hack and you can be unknowingly robbed of all your domains.)

If you have a lot of domains, their Domain Discount Club is a pretty good deal. Especially if you have a coupon code for the membership.

 

I'm using Internet.bs, I haven't seen so cheap, and the service is awesome!

 

I've been using NameCheap for years and have had no problems with them at all. As a matter of fact, I have found that the website is easy to navigate and there is a great deal of help if there's anything you don't understand like domain forwarding and so on!

 

Namesilo definitely. Cheap, Simple integration, free whois protection...

I use Namesilo because the have Private Registrations for free .

 

I would go for Godaddy due to varieties of eye catching offers and coupons.

 

I used to use Namecheap, but I just found of of Namesilo in this thread. Did a quick search, and seems cheaper than namecheap + free who is privacy per life.
Guess I'll go with namesilo

 

I'm using Godaddy and Namecheap for almost my domains, 60% of my domains are on Godaddy, 30% on Namecheap and 10% on another registrars.
