    I no longer have the time to create new content and keep the site up to date

    How is it monetized?

    Yes, twitter and facebook

    How much time does this site take to run?
    That depends entirely on how much effort you would like to put in. Some months it made a couple hundred $$ from adsense with no effort, other months it scrapes about $40 with some effort

    What challenges are there with running this site?
    Creating and marketing new and interesting content

    In all honesty I am in 2 minds about selling this site. It does receive steady traffic, despite not having been updated in a very long time. and I have a strong personal connection to it as it was my first website, I also believe it has great potential to build further traffic streams and actually become a leading site in the food blogging sphere.

    Having said that, I'm sure I could be convinced if the offer is right.
