    Hello,

    I negotiated a deal with the current owner to purchase her domain name. We did not use a broker and came to an agreement over email.
    I am wondering if there is a service to facilitate the transaction - whereby they would hold the name and the money to ensure that neither party screws over the other.
    I don't want to use a domain broker that charges 20% + because most of the work (negotiation) is already done. I just want a neutral 3rd party who can facilitate the transaction. Does such a service exist?
    I understand I can cover myself with a contract but if I can avoid the risk of having to get lawyers and court involved that would be a much better solution. Also, she lives in a different country.
