    you don't need to remove other ad networks, just make sure your site is more content than ads!

    site doesn't have to be in search engine either, but this is good for bringing relevant traffic

    If you can't get approval on Adsense there are plenty of google partner ad networks that can provide you with google ads and the rates are very competitive.

    just write 10 - 15 articles with 1000 + words detailed informative articles and after month you can apply for adsense just make sure your design should be attractive and mobile responsive they will take two or three days to approve.

    That is really bad advice. Their writing skills are not remotely close to being good enough. 10-15 articles with 1000+ words of crap is still crap and will NOT get approved.

    Go for WordPress instead of blogspot these days.
    Look for ways to create traffic.. that's it adsence will be on your way to get approved

    I thing you should do optimization techniques to improve traffic on your website, before going to google Adsense. Monetization via google adsense you need to submit one time application form.
