    Skype is better in any aspect better video audio and far more stable skype is clearer than yahoo on fast internet and has cheaper phone rates but it uses about 3 times the amount of bandwidth.

    actually, I have never used those site...I am not always online and follow about music or film, but one thing that I know, skype is most popular than Yahoo...because there are many things that there is no in Yahoo list and function like skype

    You should prefer Skype if you are looking for a good voice and video calling service and Yahoo if you are looking for a good social networking service. Personally, I prefer Skype.

    I have skype and yahoo. I am using skype messenger program and I think it is better then yahoo messenger. I think Skype chat tools is most popular all around the world. It has good quality audio and video :)

    Threads like this will really let you infer how popular apps yesterday do now.

    Anyway, IMO, there are already a number of good video-chat/messaging apps today. There's Skype, Facebook Messenger and ooVoo.

    So, if you're going to ask me which does better, it's still Skype. :) I use it for work/business purposes. BUT, for personal ones, I just resort to FB Messenger as it's convenient and also great to use.

    Well, 10 years ago it's yahoo but today I would say Skype is the best and for relevant to use. It has more offerings than Yahoo and more functional.
