Hi, There are many websites when you visit and read a post a popup appears for signing up for newsletter. How can I add this in my blog. Is there any wp plugin available? Or any service like mailchimp etc is used to do this? Thanks.
Have you tried a Google search for popup subscription plugin for wp ? Google is your friend. Popups, however are obtrusive and intrusive ass-hattery. Nearly every browser has a means of bookmarking/subscribing to a site that won't piss off your visitors. gary
I agree that pop-ups are little more than annoying, however they have been shown to be effective if properly used. Aside from pop-ups I have used Action Bars, Toast Notification and Messenger with great success and they are less annoying than pop-ups ( for the most part ). A free Wordpress Plugin that supplies all these options is ' Icegram '. I use it on numerous Sites and have found it easy to use and effective--
