Contest Logo contest $75 by Paypal (72 hours)

Hi all,

We would like a new vector logo-design for our company Upside-down (www.upside-down.nl). Our website is in Dutch, but I'm sure you see what we do.

Requirements:

• Logo must have a simple yet strong, professional and recognisable brandmark (no cartoons) and text in a powerfull font.
• Text must be interchangeable in the future. For now two variants:
  • Upside-down Rental & Facilities
  • Upside-down Staging
• Logo must be usable square and horizontally
• Logo must be usable in color and diapositive on black or white background.
• The brandmark should alse be usable an recognisable without the text.
• See website and facebook for an impression about our company and product.

We like the lightblue color we use now in the subscript, but feel free to change it.

@collegerut Thanks for your entry! I like it, but our product is not for housing, it is a rental company for decorations and facilities for festivals and events. The staging part is for designing, production and building of stages for festivals and events. For examples: https://www.facebook.com/pg/upside.d0wn/photos/?ref=page_internal . Maybe an adjustment?

 

Sorry for the misinterpretation. I have since made a few adjustments.
The new logo has layers being built like a stage. Feedback is always welcomed!

Hi, here's my design. i first made it as a drawing a few hours ago so it's an unique logo and it is inspired by the symbol "&" (ampersand) which is often used in music-related artwork.

I'm open to any changes you want, it could be the position of the text, fonts, colors, etc.

I'm also working on two more entries, the second one is a different version of this design which has two arrows, one on top pointing down and one at the bottom pointing up so they combine really great with the word 'upside down'.

@onlyfights We like it! Could you explain the idea behing the brandmark? Colours are beautiful.
@RJMV We don't really like the &-symbol, it also seems difficult in diapositive. Also the font is not what we are looking for. Our name is Upside-down, the name should be exact like that. Looking forward to your other entries.
@DianaGy Thank you for your entry, but unfortunately we don't like it, too simple, too "hard"
@arghya139 The logo is missing the subscript, will be difficult in diapositive and we are missing the brandmark. Also the font is not what we are looking for. But thank you for your attempt!

 

Logo Design Proposition:

Abstract initials"UD" which is also two arrows going on opposite directions.
I tried to make text "uspidedown" to look like it's turned upside down, while keeping it simple and easy to read.
