    Hello,

    is it possible to make a payment to a paypal account only using a credit card (the payment sender does not have a paypal ac. but cc)?

    Yes you can pay with a credit card with paypal. There is a sign-in option and a pay with debt/credit card option with no sign-in necessary. I am not sure if that is possible with all countries though.

    maybe you may need to have paypal business account to be able to add the paypal form at your website,then the sender can send you with no problem.

    The sender can send funds to you using their credit card and or local or U.S. bank account, if they have one. The withdrawal options for you will vary depending upon your country and whether Paypal payment processing services are offered in your country. You can check Paypal International Sending and Receiving options here.

    Some countries you can't send money from CC if you've balance in your Paypal account.

    Sending money from credit card should'nt be a problem , if its linked to your paypal a/c & verified.
    If he does'nt have CC , then you have the choice to use bank a/c , but even that is not possible if the sender is in India , he can do only CC payments through paypal.

    yes it can be possible without having an account in paypal
    provided if u create a cart for it then it will be hassle free .
    otherwise pp will force him to make a account .

    Yes I just did this yesterday and they did not have to have paypal account. just send it as an email or text msg requesting money

    It may be your country or something. I didn't had any troubles to let people using their CC to pay me via PayPal.

    Is it possible to transfer money from your card to your balance?
    In this case I think the answer is no.

    Yes you can use credit card with paypal. But paypal business account is flexiable to use for this, it will add form at your website,then the sender can send you.
