Can I write my own news on my website?

Am not completely copy news from other site just taking news information’s . can i do that .is it legal ? writing my own news from other website information’s is legal ? every major news agency doing this and everyone get the news right ? anything wrong?

Sorry am not meant that . I write my own content like other websites . .. the problem is can I take those information's?

 

Of course it is always much better to have your own content on your site. You can't take content from others wholesale though, but you can take pertinent information that might be useful for your site and products.

Have you ever heard of the copyright laws? Verbatim copying has never been allowed (no matter who says it's OK to do that). The legit news aggregation sites re-write / summarize news articles and never just copy them.

Obviously, if you're in one country and you copy contents from news sites located in another country maybe for a while you'll be fine, but all it takes is a complaint to your webhosting provider and your news site will be history.

I realize that. I am just giving you a fair warning. You'll be walking a very fine line. The goal is not to cross it. Realistically speaking you'll need a skilled writer to make sure you do it right. Changing words / sentences around or skipping paragraphs and then publishing it is still copyright infringement.

 

then how all websites getting general news ? all websites are taking general news information's and local news too am not debating . i am just curious about it . general news dont need any copyright ? how all the website taking those information's ?

 

They pay a lot of licensing money for usage rights.

 

You can have press Release or blog section on your website. It make good sense to have your own blogs and work according.

Yes, you surely can! BUT, make sure to create new, fresh and possibly much better content than your source. It's also better if you pass it through CopyScape or a tool similar to that, just to make sure you are not publishing plagiarized content.
