I'd never use a hyphenated domain name except for this one: hyphenate-my-ass.com

    Seriously, I wouldn't. Ever.

So have / create an account with those?

Yes, yes, I guess I would, but I hadn't thought, Goolge would not, would rate such a website like this, but rate it rather badly.

Yes, but I had thought using such a domain would just effect the opposite.

    Thank you very much!

You probably should, since most people are there, scrolling through, clicking this and that, so it's a really good way to promote your website. If you are willing to invest in it, you can reach many people. Facebook has the boost feature, with 2 USD you can reach up to 2000 people.

I don't recommend hypened domains while there are thousands of good domains available with new extensions. Go for a such an extension. People don't like to visit hypned domains.

    Many thanks.

    But why this one?

    Yes, yes, I understand, why?

Why is it and how can one know that?

I don't mind using a good 2 keyword hyphen domain with a .com to use as long as it's not for radio advertisement.

Something like Game-Servers .com I think is perfectly fine to use.

Yep. Obviously when the non-hyphen is not available. I also don't mind it when the same letter is at the end of the first word and at the beginning of the second word. It looks bad and the hyphen makes it look cleaner.

    Just my personal opinion.
When I found a domain no more available, I have no choice but to deploy a hyphenated domain.
    Let's say,
    .youreadmyblog.com ( Taken or Expired )
    .youreadmyblogs.com ( Taken or Expired )
    .youreadmy-blog.com ( Taken or Expired )
    .youreadmy-blogs.com (Taken or Expired )

So, I might consider of taking you-read-my-blog.com
The most important reason being so because all the keywords shown in the URL.

    That's it
    Have a great day!

It's already been said pretty well, but hyphenated domain names are the worst, if you are trying to build any sort of a brand or have your domain spread by word of mouth. There are still great domains you can get out there without hyphens.

So may be using capital letters for the initials is a good manner to make a domain readable easier like .YouReadMyBlog.com
