Site design is appealing and product is actually rather cool.

But you asked for critiques, so here goes;
The very first thing I thought about when I read "It's free" was; so... what's the catch here?

I believe it'd do you good if you add just a short sentence about that somewhere on the page. Like, just give it to me straight. Is this a "for fun" project for you, is it open-source, do you plan to monetize it later? Just tell me. I feel unsure about the longevity of your product if I don't understand why you've built it. Makes sense?

I'm using a different site for all the buttons. After browsing yours I couldn't figure why you are better/will be better, what's unique about your service, how do you compare to others.
Maybe it's how you integrate with some services? Maybe you have more options to share? Maybe you've got (or plan to have) some awesome dashboard for statistics? I'm not sure. In other words, your landing page did not convince me.

It's not open source or for fun project. Now just attracting users to try it for recognizing it's worth to continue or not, if yes, I'll add more features with some paid version like own live chat or integrating with existing live chat platforms, conversational contact forms (it'll be cool for static websites), ...

It's easy to use & install without any registration process and with installation guidances in the one page.

What's your advices to change/add on the website?
