    Why are you selling this site?

    The site is setup very well, especially compared to the other home automation forums (not many). It's a great niche, and a great looking site. I don't have the time or effort to continue to build the community.

    How is it monetized?

    The site has some decent back links for home automation, and have some good custom content already. There's been about $30 a month from Adsense, and some members who come regularly.

    Does this site come with any social media accounts?

    This website does not have any social media at the time.

    How much time does this site take to run?

    It's like any other forum. Everything is setup, it just needs posts and threads and reoccurring members.

    What challenges are there with running this site?

    The only challenges, are what all forums run into. Finding members, and posts. It's a sleek website, and looks good. It just needs time and care.

    There's about 10-15 members whom are becoming active. The board just started getting more members. IT IS licensed, but you'll have to get your own IPB license.

    I can also provide support on the board itself. Helping change and set things up.

    Yes. I am willing to do the transfer for you as well. As long as the system requirements meet the ones for IPB. I use HostGator and have cPanel.

    I bought my license like 4-5 months ago, for $150. Then it's $25 renewal every 6 months. When buying the license, you also get access to their forum. They have support, mods, and more etc.

    I would bid $250 for the site and domain with the license. I understand the work you have done already, however the license is $200 right now which means you value the site at $350. Thoughts?

    The $200 license is through IPB. You're buying a license for the forum software that gives you access to their support forum, plugins, and skins. You'll even be able to make different forums and do different things if you wanted.
