The main reason of selling it for a BIN of 700 is that it is a new directory on an old domain Otherwise i would have asked a few thousand dolars for it. Moreover the Page rank is genuine and the directory has many PR 6 backlinks pointing to it so really worth buying and waiting for the update.

Will add 1000 Directory submissions if the bid goes above 500 USD so that the directory owner gets additional benefit.
