    Why are you selling this site?
    Had big plans for this site. I haven't had the time to develop more, unfortunately. I don't forsee having the time any time soon, so I figured if I could get a good price, I'll let it go to someone who will make it great again :)

    How is it monetized?
    I just put adsense on it.

    Does this site come with any social media accounts?
    Facebook account with over 4500 likes

    How much time does this site take to run?
    I haven't spent any time at all really. You can put whatever you want in to it.

    What challenges are there with running this site?
    Writing blog posts.

    I do get a lot of requests for guest posts. I haven't pursued this option but it will be an option for you if you'd like.

    - Paid theme
    - wp-rocket cache system (paid/licensed)
    - guest writers will love to write for you (for exposure, etc.)
    - was making almost $2000 a month before I took over (Like I said, I never put any time on it, and just put adsense on it to show you where your ads can go)
    - was approved for taboola (an option for you to further monetize it)
