How do I post a 'Buying Website' thread in BST section as it shows only option to list websites for sale?

    Based on my experience:
    1. 'Buying' is only available for Premium Member.
    2. 'Selling' is available for everyone.
You would find 'Buying' option once you decide to purchase 'Premium Membership'. ^__^

I wouldn't waste your time becoming a premium member to start a buying sites thread.

Digital Point has an extremely broken Buy/Sell forum so chances are - all you're going to receive is spammy messages.

Just look at the list of sites for sale - mostly by the same group who post 20+ sites per day and just change a few keywords around.

Perhaps that give more reason to create 'Buying' thread as buyer would much flexibility to choose any sites offered by seller. I would like to create 'Buying' thread too once I become Premium Member. : )

I am desperate searching good sites (looking at sales thread in Marketplace really upset me) and I think creating Buying thread could be good idea.

If I have created Buying thread, I would ignore anyone who sell low quality stuffs. ^__^

If I have created Buying Thread, I would write:
"Anyone who sell low quality stuff should stay away from this thread, especially someone by the name of Wayxx. This warning also applies to anyone who sell low quality website with spunned content." :D

You know you are talking about two unlike things right? "You should never list a buying thread because people listing selling threads are spammy" lol

Right, who do you think responds to the buying threads?

    Sellers... duh.

And you think the lazy sellers who don't bother to write a unique post about the site they are selling are not too lazy to monitor people looking to buy and contacting them all individually directly? I sort of doubt that. :) Lazy is lazy.

I never said they were lazy. I think it actually takes a good amount of work to register a domain, change the nameservers, upload the template, add the automation plugin to generate the crappy content, add it to digital point, verify the domain, answer questions, migrate the site to the buyer, deal with idiots that don't even have hosting yet, etc.

I'm not even talking about the people that forge traffic/revenue.

Scammers aren't lazy - they are just short-sighted.

You want to see lazy, come hang out in my office for a day - I hardly do anything.

Either way, if someone is spamming you via conversation, just use the Report option. Conversation spammers tend to be banned real quick. lol
