Look like you don't have verified PayPal account. In some country I don't know list but in my country (India) PayPal required us to provide some additional information in order to get verified PayPal account.

    Hey,

    Thanks for the reply.

    Unfortunately this still isn't working.

I have 2 accounts with paypal, one business, one personal, I tried with both but they arent linking.

I am getting this on both:

Both accounts are working fine, I use them daily so I don't know why it isn't working here?

Would appreciate if someone can help please :)

Also, why is my Paypal account required if I am looking to buy sites here? I dont always pay for sites via Paypal... Sometimes escrow, bank transfer, card etc..

Paypals sight shows two type of Paypal accounts, Personal Account and Business Account. It is my understanding for buying and selling only the business account works here. That said you should be trying to link your business account here.

    Couple things...

    1. PayPal doesn't allow API usage on personal accounts. They require you use a business or premier account (makes sense really since a personal account isn't designed for selling things, just buying things). So you don't need to bother trying with your personal account, it won't work (again, this is PayPal's restrictions, not ours).

    2. Linking your PayPal account is not required to buy things here, only to sell. Where exactly are you seeing that requirement? I guess if you are trying to buy something, the error PayPal is giving about linking your account might be moot since it's not required anyway.
