I think you should also do permanent redirects from your non secure to your secure protocols. Also, if everything is done correctly during your migration, maybe it's just a matter of time for it to get indexed. Make sure that you ping your new permalinks. Use a free service such as Pingler for this.

In Google Webmaster Tools, I would suggest that you fetch and render each and every one of your new permalinks. Do this manually for all pages. Don't panic and be patient, I am sure that the issue will resolve, if you haven't done any manual spam there is no reason for Google to deindex your site.

Good luck and let me know if you need more help,

that's because each and every phrase or search term that you use will have its own content or pages ranking for it. So, if you are ranking 3rd for "Grab host gator coupon", you might rank 10th for "Host gator coupon". Domain authority and Page authority plays here as well

I was asking because because i am in the middle of the conversion. What do you think, whenever i post anything i have to evaluate everything. I think you have to understand first, how forum discussion happens... Sorry to say that.

Well I think its because you are having website without www & that is the reason Google only displaying your website without htttps or might be there is mixed content issue.
