You call these "advanced seo tips"?? Good Lord, there are a couple that will even harm your site like "update your website blog regularly ( daily,weekly,)"... Some of them are not even tips such as "Google Webmaster tool & Google Analytics" - what in the world does that even mean?

An advanced tactic might be link baiting with infographics or running a donation to a school or orphanage so that you get some natural PR on high authority news sites, but certainly it ain't any of those 15 you've listed above... (By the way, there's a huge difference between Local SEO and Organic SEO, and it is obvious from your tips that you don't know the difference between the two) My point is not offend you but to stop you from misleading people, because this post has nothing to do with advanced seo tips...
