    Although I've gotten pretty good at it, English is not my first language so I can't say that I know what a "numpty" is. But I *think* that I do agree with you.:rolleyes:

    I know ONLY English, and have decent grasp of English vocabulary, and 'numpty' is a new one for me.

    That said, if anyone is STUPID enough to deal with a scumbag, this is the place to deal. Make your posts, have the scumbag redefine payment terms, then FIGHT to get paid. Enjoy!

    I just had to find out what the hell a "numpty" was. According to Google, a numpty is a Scottish word meaning a person who by speech or action, demonstrates a lack of knowledge of a particular situation or subject. A numpty is an unwise person. Yep...he is definitely a numpty!

    The mods go by the site rules. As long as the OP is seen to not break *their* rules, he lives on. As to the OP not paying members as he should, the mods won't get involved in that. They cannot as they have more than enough to keep them busy. So therefore it is up to us as to whether or not we do business with this person or not.
    But...there is a certain bullshit line. When a particular member causes the mods too much work to monitor then it becomes bullshit. At that point they are gone. We can only hope that he eventually crosses that line..
